摘 要:甲硝唑人工牛黄复方具有消除口腔厌氧菌感染、清热解毒和消除牙龈肿痛功效。以体外黏附力、黏附时间和释放率为指标,采用单因素试验筛选了复方甲硝唑人工牛黄口腔贴片中填充剂、生物黏附剂的种类和用量。结果表明,优化处方中宜采用直压乳糖为填充剂,卡波姆934和羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC K4M)1∶5的混合物为生物黏附剂,且用量为35%,采用粉末直压法制备。该优化口腔贴片的体外黏附力为(83.80±0.56)g/cm^2,能黏附6 h,4 h累积释放率达到95.64%。The compound metronidazole and artificial bezoar had the effects of treatment of oral anaerobic infection, detoxification and elimination of gingival swelling. The types and amounts of fillers and bioadhesive agents of the compound metronidazole and artificial bezoar buccal patches were optimized by single factor test with in vitro adhesive force, adhesion time and release as the indexes. The results showed that the optimal buccal patches were obtained by direct compression with the lactose as the filler and the the mixture of Carbomer 934 and hypromellose (HPMC K4M) in a ratio of 1 : 5 as the bioadhesive agents at the amount of 35%. The in vitro adhesive force, adhesion time and cumulative release at 4 h of the optimal product was (83.80±0.56) g/cm2, 6 h and 95.64 %, respectively.
