摘　　要：文章分析了国际权威智库的主要特点以及其获得成功的关键因素,梳理了当前国防科技领域信息机构转型所面临的问题与困难,在此基础上,提出了信息机构智库化的对策建议。This paper analyzes the main characteristics of international authoritative think-tank as well as the key factors in their sueeess. By looking through the problems and diffieulties that the national defense STI institution is facing in transformation process, the paper gives some solutions and suggestions to the think-tank of information institution.
