摘　　要：[目的]随着4G网络和智能移动终端时代的到来,移动互联网成为网络舆情信息传播的新媒介。对移动环境下网络舆情信息传播路径进行研究,有助于深入剖析网络舆情传播规律,对强化网络舆情管控具有指导意义。[方法]基于信息传播路径理论,以新浪微博热点话题为例,使用Java编程方式接入新浪网API开放平台获取新浪微博数据,采用Gephi软件绘制舆情信息传播云图,对移动端和非移动端网络舆情信息传播路径和传播规律进行研究。[结果/结论]数据结果表明,移动端网络舆情信息传播路径以多级传播型为主,移动端用户节点具有更强的用户影响力。研究在理论层面为移动环境下网络舆情信息理论传播提供新的研究视角,在实践层面对政府加强移动环境下的网络舆论监管具有一定的指导意义。[ Purpose] With the arrival of the era of 4G network and smart mobile terminal, the mobile Internet has become a new media for the information dissemination of online public opinion. This paper researches on the information dissemination paths of online public opinion under the mobile environment, which is helpful to the further analysis of dissemination law of online public opinion. [ Method] Based on the theory of information dissemination path, the paper takes hot topics of Sina Weibo as an example, uses Java programming to access data of Sina Weibo from the API open platform of Sina. Then, the paper adopts Gephi to draw the dissemination cloud map of public opinion information, in order to researches on the information dissemination paths and law of on- line public opinion in the mobile and non-mobile terminal. [ Result/conclusion~ The results show that the information dissemination path of mobile online public opinion gives priority to the multi-stage transmission, and the user node of mobile terminal has a stron- ger influence for users. Based on the theoretical level, the paper provides a new perspective for the information dissemination theo- ry of online public opinion under the mobile environment, and has a certain guiding significance in the practice of strengthening the supervision of online public opinion under the mobile environment.
