综合档案馆档案文献数字出版的制约因素探析

摘　　要：档案文献数字出版是档案资源开发的一种新取向。不过,由于受到当下档案馆的服务理念相对保守、数字开发能力局限、在线运营模式模糊、数字版权管理困难等的制约,使其提供档案文献数字出版物服务还不尽如人意,建议引入在线服务公众满意度评价、加强与专业机构专长人士的合作、推进档隶数字产品的市场化开发、加强数字版权多元管理等措施,来推动此项工作不断发展。In recent years, digital publishing has become a new trend in Archive resources exploita- tion. However, there are still many difficulties preventing the development of digital publishing in this area, such as： restrained from old fashioned service philosophy, short of innovation ability in digital publishing, lack of online operations, and challenge from digital rights management. Facing all these problems, I shall argue that many works have to be done. We need to establish public satisfaction online assessment, en- hance our cooperation with experts and professional associations, promote the marketization in online digital archival products, and increase managing diversity in digital copyright.
