摘　　要：论文通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,针对电子文件形成、管理、暂存及长期保存机构,就目前我国电子文件长期保存合作现状,相关机构参与合作意愿、合作模式、合作内容等展开调研,系统分析了国家电子文件长期保存合作体系构建中的法律、机构、制度标准、技术等问题,最后结合调研访谈结果,针对上述问题,提出了相应的解决对策。The paper investigates the willingness to participate in the construction of National Elec- tronic Records Long-term Preservation Cooperation System （NERLPCS） and the cooperation models, coopera- tion requirements in current China by questionnaires and expert interviews. According to the investigation results, it points out some problems related to laws, organizations and technology in the construction of NERLPCS. At last, to those problems mentioned above, it explores solutions from laws, cooperation organi- zation, cooperation models, cooperation management and cooperation technologic standards.
