“互联网+”时代档案工作改革的几点思考

摘　　要："互联网+"时代,开放共享的发展理念、二位一体的网络环境、数据化的工作对象和海量的信息用户,使得档案工作在开发模式、管理环节和服务方式等方面受到严峻的挑战。面对以上挑战,建议以档案部门为主体构建"双众"循环开发圈,以大档案观为指导引导公众参与档案数据管理,以数据开放为核心提供档案创意定制服务,从而增强档案部门的改革自觉性、时代适应力和服务创新力。In the ＂Internet＋＂ era, the open and share development principle, two-in-one internet envi- ronment, datamation working objects and mass information users make the archives work face serious chal- lenges in terms of development model, management links and service types. Confronting with the above mentioned challenges, the archives department shall be taken as the subject to construct ＂Double Focus＂ （crowdsourcing and crowdfunding） circulated development circle; the ＂integral archives＂ shall serve as the guidance to instruct the public to involve in the archive data management; the open data shall be regarded as the core to provide innovative and customized service of archive, ultimately enhance the reform initia- tive, resilience and service innovation of archives department..
