摘　　要：介绍王国三主任从虚辨治痔瘘术后便秘经验。提出临证首当补脾胃之虚,不可过用苦寒,当顾护阳气,并注重补阴津。并以验案进一步说明。This paper introduced the experience of Wang Guosan in the treatment of constipation after anal fistula surgery by dealing with deficiency. He advocated that the treatment should pay attention to supplement for the deficiency of spleen and stomach, and protect Yang and Qi as well as Yin and Jin. Proven cases were further illustrated.
