摘  要:目的观察白金丸水溶剂对于高脂血症小鼠的治疗作用。方法将48只昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、高脂模型组、白金丸高、低剂量组(6.4 g·kg^(-1),1.6 g·kg^(-1))、血脂康组(0.16 g·kg^(-1))、他汀组(0.0 026 g·kg^(-1))共6组,每组8只。空白组喂饲基础饲料,其余各组给予高脂饲料制备高脂模型。4周后,分别予以0.9%Na Cl溶液、白金丸高剂量水溶剂、白金丸低剂量水溶剂、血脂康、辛伐他汀灌胃给药,连续给药15 d,观察各组小鼠体质量、肝脏系数、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酣甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果与空白组比较,模型组小鼠体质量与肝系数均显著提高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,白金丸水溶剂组能使小鼠体质量及肝系数降低(P<0.05);白金丸高剂量组、白金丸低剂量组小鼠血清TG降低显著(P<0.05),白金丸低剂量组小鼠血清LDL降低显著(P<0.05),白金丸高、低剂量组小鼠血清HDL升高显著(P<0.05);白金丸低剂量组小鼠肝匀浆中MDA含量降低显著(P<0.05),白金丸高剂量组肝匀浆MDA含量降低极显著(P<0.01)。与高脂模型组相比较,他汀组、白金丸低剂量组小鼠肝匀浆中SOD活性均升高显著(P<0.05)。结论白金丸水溶剂能明显降低高脂血症小鼠体质量及肝系数,通过降低小鼠血清TG、LDL,提高血清HDL-C调节血脂代谢,同时降低肝脏MDA,升高SOD活性。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baijinwan aqueous solvent in the treatment of hyperlipidemic mice. Methods 48 mice were randomly divided into the control group, model group, Baijinwan group with high and low dose (6.4 g · kg^- 1, 1.6 g · kg^- 1) , Xuezhikang group (0.16 g · kg^- 1 ) and statin group (0. 0026 g· kg^- 1 ), and 8 mice in each group. Except the control group, the rest groups were given high fat diet to establish the hyperlipidemia model. Four weeks later, mice in different groups were treated with corresponding drugs by means of intragastric administration, with a course of 15 days. The body weight,liver index, serum total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , the liver supcroxidc disnmtase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) of mice were detected and compared. Results Compared with the control group, body weight and liver index of the model group significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, body weight and liver index of Baijinwan groups significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; TG of Baijinwan group with high-and low-dose significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), LDL of Baijinwan group with low-dose significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), HDL of Baijinwan group with high-and low-dose significantly increased. ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; MDA in liver homogcnates of Baijinwan group with low-dose significantly decreased. ( P 〈 0.05 ) , MDA in liver homogenates of Baijinwan group with high-dose significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD in liver homogenates of atorvastatin group and Baijinwan group with low-dose increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Baijinwan aqueous solvents could significantly reduce body weight and liver index of hyperlipidemic mice,which regulated lipid metabolism by reducing TG, LDL-C and increasing HDL-C.
