摘　　要："骨错缝、筋出槽"是中医脊柱推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的核心理论和关键靶点。基于"骨错缝、筋出槽"理论及其与腰椎间盘突出症病理实质的相关性分析,归纳总结林氏正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的操作要领及核心技术规范,以利于林氏正骨推拿技术的进一步推广及运用。The core theory and the key points of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spinal manipulation in traditional Chinese medicine was considered as the injury of bone seam and tendon groove. Based on this theory and correlation analysis combined with the pathological changes of lumbar disc herniation, the operation essential and core technical specification in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Lin＇ s orthopedic tuina were summarized, which could facilitate its further promotion and application.
