超声评估与左室造影对室间隔缺损介入封堵术的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨超声评估与左室造影对室间隔缺损VSD介入封堵术的诊断研究。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年12月来我院住院且经临床诊断患有VSD并行VSD封堵术的患者进行超声与左室造影评估,比较两种方法的准确率及所测VSD残端距主动脉瓣的距离。结果 其中超声符合数50例,误差10例,准确率为83.3%,左室造影符合54例,误差6例,准确率为90.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。超声心动图所测VSD残端距主动脉瓣间距为（2.13±1.47）mm,与心血管造影测值（2.93±1.33）mm比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论左室造影对诊断VSD准确性高,能方便医生指导介入手术,超声也较准确,两者结合效果更显著。Objective To explore the diagnosis research of ultrasonic evaluation and left ventrieular angiography in transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect.Methods Patients who was hospitalized in our hospital and were diag- nosed as ventricular septal defeet and treated with transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect from January 2013 to December 2015 were evaluated with uhrasonie and left ventricular angiography.The accuracy rate and the distance between the VSD and the aortie valve of two methods were compared.Results The match number,error and accuracy rate of ultrasonic were respectively 50,10 and 83.3%,which were respectively 54,6 and 90.0% of left ventricular angiog- raphy,and the accuracy rate of ultrasonic had statistical significance compared with left ventricular angiography （P〈 0.05）.The distance between the VSD and the aortic valve tested by ultrasonic and cardiovascular angi0graphy were re- spectively（2.13±1.47） mm and（2.93±1.33） mm, and the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Left ventricular angiography has higher accuracy rate in diagnosis ventrieular septal defect,whieh can facilitate the doctor to guide the intcrventional operation;ultrasonic has the advantages of economy and accuracy,the effect will be more obvi- ous if combination the two methods.
