脊诊整脊疗法治疗脊源性心悸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究通过脊诊整脊手法治疗脊源性心悸的效果。方法 将2012年10月~2015年12月我院门诊收集的106例脊源性心悸患者,按照随机数字表分为整脊治疗组与针刺对照组,每组53例。整脊治疗组采用我院特色脊诊整脊手法治疗,针刺对照组采用常规针刺辨证取穴治疗。两组治疗每天1次,10 d为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 整脊治疗组总有效率为98.11%,针刺对照组为86.79%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 脊诊整脊手法对脊源性心悸的治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the results of spinal-diagnose ＆ chiropractic-manipulation in treating the palpitation due to spines disorders.Methods 106 patients with palpitation due to spines disorders collected in our hospital outpatient from October 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into chiropractic-manipulation treatment group and acupuncture control group according to random number table,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the chiropractic- manipulation treatment group were treated by the characteristics spinal-diagnose ＆ chiropractic-manipulation therapy of our hospital,patients in the acupuncture control group were treated by routine acupuncture therapy.Both of two groups were treated once a day,ten days were a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect was ob- served.Results The total effective rate in the chiropractic-manipulation treatment group was 98.11%,while 86.79% in the acupuncture control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） in two groups.Conclusion The treatment effect of spinal-diagnose ＆ chiropractic-manipulation therapy for palpitation due to spines disorders is signifi- cant,and it is worthy to popularize in clinic.
