摘 要:为在水面舰艇研制主要设计阶段全面掌握流体性能关键技术研究进展情况,根据流体性能关键技术评估的主要内容,建立流体性能关键技术评估指标体系。在分析常用评估方法适用性的基础上,提出基于层次分析与模糊评估的综合评估方法开展流体性能关键技术评估。实例应用表明,该评估方法适用可行,较科学全面地评价出主要设计阶段流体性能关键技术研究进展,为舰艇总体设计阶段决策提供科学依据。In order to control the research progress of fluid performance technology for surface warship in the design stage, the evaluation index for fluid performance technology of surface warship were determined, and the index hierarchy was constructed. The application of the evaluation method was analysed, and the integrated evaluation method was established based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation. It present computation and analysis for the application process of ship example. The integrated evaluation method can evaluate the research progress of fluid performance technology for surface warship in the design stage, which can give technique support in the decision of ship development stage.
