摘　　要：高校博士教师如能成为高校公寓文化建设的指导者和参与者,就可望发挥高层次人才在育人工作中的引领示范作用。博士教师进公寓活动作为一个崭新的视角和有效的途径,关键在于要以学生需求为导向、以优秀博士教师为引领、以规范运作为保障。If teachers with doctors’ degree become mentors and participants of apartment culture construction, it can give full play to the educational work of high-level talents in leading exemplary role. As a new and effective way, the activity of PhD teachers entering into the student apartment requires students？ needs oriented, excellent teachers leading and standardized operation.
