陕西省高校图书馆微信服务平台使用现状调查与分析

摘　　要：微信公众平台作为一种新兴的信息服务模式,已被许多高校图书馆重视并采用。通过对陕西省高校图书馆微信服务平台使用现状进行调查分析,发现当前陕西省高校微信服务平台存在普及程度不高、表现形式与内容单一、管理水平参差不齐、宣传力度不够等问题,建议从更新观念、选择合适的微信账号类型、完善服务平台的功能与内容、优化账号管理以及加强宣传提高关注度等方面进行改善。As a new information service mode, the public platform of wechat has arrested more attention of many university libraries and it has been adopted by them. Investigation on the usage of wechat public platform in the university libraries of Shaanxi Province shows that some problems still exist, such as the popularity is not high enough, the manifestation forms of contents are monotonous, the managements are at different levels, and the intensity of propaganda is comparatively weak. The suggestions are as follows ： to renew the idea, to choose the appropriate type of wechat public account; to improve the service functions and contents; to optimize account management; and to strengthen the propaganda work so as to raise awareness of the public.
