摘　　要：分析了数字城市建设的背景和意义,阐述了数字城市的内涵与特点,论述了数字城市建设的内容与所涉及的关键技术,最后提出了数字城市建设与实施的设想。The paper analyzes the back-ground and significance of constructing digital cities and illustrated its features. After discussing the content and the in-volved key technology of digital cities, the paper proposes the plan of constructing digital cities.
