摘　　要：研究表明:企业实际控制人的性别、年龄、学历、职业背景、履历及风险偏好等个体特征会影响其多元化经营;实际控制人的社会地位、声望、社会资本等社会特征会影响其通过非市场机制获取资源的能力,从而影响其多元化经营的目的;企业多元化经营战略对财务风险的影响主要取决于企业实际控制人的特征。企业中已经形成了"实际控制人特征-实际控制人行为动机-实际控制人的企业决策-实际控制人的决策执行-企业成败"的决策机制。This article,based on Zhejiang Glass,investigates diversified operation's influence on financial risks from viewpoint of actual controller.Researches show that:(1)Corporate actual controllers' characteristic such as gender,age,education background,professional background,experience and risk preference,will determine their decisions such as diversified operation;(2)Actual controllers' social characteristics such as social status,prestige and social capital,will determine their abilities of acquiring resources through non-market mechanisms,therefore influence their motivations of diversified operation;(3)Corporate diversified operation strategy's value of influence and positive and negative effect to financial risks mainly depend on characteristics of corporate actual controller.Decision-making mechanism that characteristics of actual controller-actual controller's behave motivation-actual controller's business decisions-actual controller's decision execution-success or failure of the enterprise.This research not only enriches the existing governance theories,but also provides a theoretical basis to deeply test of financial risks' roof causes,having theoretical and practical significance for reducing business risks.
