摘　　要："一带一路"战略构想,给高校图书馆带来新的机遇与挑战,陕西高校图书馆应加强与沿线图书馆的馆际交流与合作,提供信息与智力支持,发挥其文化传承、提供获取资源信息的平台等作用,为更好的服务于"一带一路"战略,应利用"互联网+高校图书馆"实现智慧型服务、弘扬丝路精神,构建国际合作新理念、拓展馆员国际化视野。Strategic conception of ' The Belt and Road' brings new opportunities and challenges to the university libraries,and Shaanxi university libraries should strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the libraries along the Belt and Road,provide information and intellectual support,provide access to information resources platform,inherit the cultures,better serve the Belt and Road Initiative strategy.We should realize the intelligent use of Internet service in libraries of colleges and universities,promote the Silk Road spirit,construct the new concept of international cooperation and expand the librarians' international vision.
