摘　　要：网络科技不断改变着现代社会的发展节奏,促进了信息的快速流通、覆盖、更迭,如何将网络信息资源进行清晰、高效的整合,并为检索者创造便捷的使用环境和优质的信息资源,成为档案馆管理工作者需考虑的重要问题。结合现有相关文献资料、网络资源以及学术期刊著作,针对网络信息资源其本身的特点进行解释与说明,并详细解释了四种档案馆管理过程中常用的网络信息组织方法。With the rapid development of modern society,the information on the Internet is changing and renewing all the time.There come the essential questions to the archive administrators like how to provide better service for users with clear organization of online information?Based on the previous literature and researches,the paper explains the characteristics of information on the Internet and information users.Moreover,the paper illustrates four ways to organize online information.
