摘 要:基于山东省东营市10个农村368份农民工个案数据,使用结构方程模型对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明,态度、社会性动机、成就性动机、人力资本、经济资本和政策环境对农民工返乡创业意愿具有正向影响,而生存性动机和社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿具有间接影响。这些因素的影响实质上是农民工外出务工过程中形成的知识、经验和能力等特质在发挥作用。为进一步增强农民工返乡创业意愿,应该引导农民工形成积极向上的态度和价值观;营造尊重知识和鼓励创新的工作氛围,激发农民工的成就性动机和社会性动机;探索农民工培训的有效模式;构建创业政策和服务信息的沟通交流平台,优化农民工返乡创业的政策环境。Based on the case data of 368 rural migrant workers in 10 rural areas of Dongying City in Shandong Province, using structural equation model to analyze the entrepreneurial willingness and its influencing factors. The results show that the variables such as attitude, social motivation, achievement motivation, human capital, economic capital and policy environment have positive influence on migrant workers ’ entrepreneurial willingness, while the variables such as living motivation and social capital have indirect impact on migrant workers,entrepreneurial willingness. The impact of these factors is essentially the role of knowledge, experience and ability formed in migrant workers, work. To further enhance mi-grant workers,entrepreneurial willingness in hometown, the following measures should be taken : Leading migrant workers to form a positive attitude and values; To create a working environment with respect to knowledge and to encourage innovation, to stimulate the achievement motivation and social motivation of migrant workers; Explore the effective model of migrant workers training ; Constructing the communication platform for the business policy and service information, and optimizing the policy environment.
