摘  要:为提高镁基骨水泥的生物相容性,探讨了螯合剂,如:三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、EDTA、L-Cys、L-Lys、L-Arg和L-Glu对镁基骨水泥体外细胞毒性的影响。同时,研究了主料A(氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾)和辅料B(蔗糖、羟基磷灰石和螯合剂)的加入顺序对镁基骨水泥体外细胞毒性的影响。结果表明,螯合剂的加入可以明显提高细胞的增殖率,其中三聚磷酸钠的效果最为显著,细胞增殖率达到119.6%。主料A和辅料B的加入顺序对镁基骨水泥的体外细胞毒性也有较大的影响。因此,在镁基骨水泥的制备过程中正确的制备方法是:先将主料A与固化液混合,搅拌成浆体后再加入辅料B,继续搅拌均匀后备用。Magnesium phosphate cements (MPC) have properties that are relevant to biomedical applications, such as fast setting, early strength acquisition and adhesive properties. In order to improve the biocompatibility of MPC , the in vitro cytotoxicity of MPC with chelating agent, such as, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, EDTA, EDTA , L-Cys, L-Lys, L-Arg and L-Glu,was studied in this paper. The effect of different addition sequence of main materials A ( magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate) and auxiliary materials B ( sucrose, hydroxyapatite and chelating agent) on the in vitro cytotoxicity of MPC was also discussed. The results indicated that the addition of chelating agent in MPC can significantly improve the cell proliferation rate, among them, the effect of sodium tripolyphosphate was the most significant,and the cell proliferation rate reached 119. 6% . And the addition sequence of main materials A and auxiliary materials B greatly influences the in vitro cytotoxicity of MPC. There-fore ,in the process of preparation of MPC,the correct method is as follows:first mix main materials A and the set-ting liquid; secondly, stir them into a paste; then add the auxiliary materials B into the paste; last, continue to stir everything evenly.
