摘 要:以氢化物-原子荧光分光光度法测定了永寿县大骨节病区五个自然村儿童头发硒含量和小麦硒含量,分析了病区儿童硒的营养状况和摄入量。研究区四个病村小麦平均硒含量为0.0213±0.0014 mg·kg^(-1)(n=111),非病对照村小麦硒含量为0.0187±0.0007 mg·kg^(-1)(n=30)。尽管和30年前相比有显著增加,研究区小麦仍属硒缺乏范围。四个病村儿童平均发硒含量为0.297±0.046 mg·kg^(-1)(n=119),非病村儿童发硒含量为0.303±0.086 mg·kg^(-1)(n=30),病村和非病村儿童都为中等硒营养状态,和30年前相比有显著改善。研究区内女童平均发硒含量与男童发硒含量不存在显著性差异。小麦硒和儿童发硒含量没有相关性,当地生产的粮食不是人群硒摄入的主要来源,2012年全省停用硒碘盐必将导致研究区人群硒摄入量降低,硒营养状况恶化,当地需尽快恢复硒碘盐的供应并密切监测硒的摄入量和硒营养状况。The selenium ( Se) content in children 5 s hair and wheat from Kaschin-Beck disease affected area in Yongshou, Shannxi province was analyzed with hydride Atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the Se daily intake with related Se nutrition state was investigated. The Se concentration in wheat of four disease affected villages and a control village in studied area were 0. 0213 ±0. 0014 mg·kg^-1) and 0. 0187 ± 0. 0007 mg ·kg^-1 ( =30) on average respectively, even though increased significantly from the levels 30 years ago, both are still in the range of Se deficiency. The Se in childrens hair in four disease affected villages was 0. 297 ± 0. 046 mg·kg^-1 ( n =119 ),and that of control village was 0. 303 ± 0. 086 mg·kg^-1 (n = 30 ) on average, all are in the adequate Se nutrition states which is a significant improvement compared with 30 years ago. There is no significant difference be-tween the Se concentration in hair of boys and girls like in other Se deficiency areas. No correlation between the Se content in wheat and children 5 s hair implies that the local produced cereals are not the main sources of Se intake. The termination of the supply of Se and iodine added table salt in July 1st 2012 will definitely lead to decrease of Se intake and worsen Se deficiency in local population. Resuming Se added table salt and closely monitoring Se states in studied areas are urgently needed.
