摘 要:目的探讨加强基础、环节医疗质量管理在减少医疗纠纷中的作用。方法通过总结武警某部医院2014年发生的医疗纠纷数据,分析医疗纠纷发生因素,以及2015年加强基础、环节医疗质量管理预防措施,比较两年纠纷数据。数据采用Excel进行统计分析。结果 (1)2015年总投诉量较2014年减少27例;(2)2015年医院重点科系医疗投诉率较2014年降低,医技科室增长2例;(3)2年内的医疗纠纷处理情况主要以纠纷无过错为主,其次为协商解决,2015年法院处理纠纷事件较2014年减少8例。结论加强基础、环节质量管理有效减少了医疗纠纷的发生,提高了医务人员防范意识。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening application of foundation and link medical quality management onreducing medical disputes. Methods Through summary of the data about medical disputes from a hospital of armed police force in 2014,the factors of medical disputes, as well as the preventive measures for foundation, link medical quality management in 2015 were analyzed,and the data of medical disputes were compared between the two years. Microsoft Excel was used for statistical analysis. Results ( 1)All complaints of 2015 decreased by 27 cases compared with that of 2014; (2) Complaints of key departments in the hospital decreasedfrom 2014 to 2015, but those of medical laboratory increased by 2 cases; (3) The major incidents happened in the two years were disputeswithout fault, the others were negotiated settlement, the court dealing disputes in 2015 decreased by 8 cases compared with that in 2014.Conclusions By reinforcing the foundation and link medical quality management, medical dispute can be decreased and risk preventionawareness of medical personnel can be raised.
