摘　　要：院前急救是急诊医疗服务体系中的首要环节。指挥调度工作是院前急救工作的前哨,调度工作必须提高调度信息质量,才能在提高救治效率和水平的同时,减少急救设施的损耗和急救人员的精力损耗,进一步合理利用有效医疗资源,提高院前急救能力和应对突发公共卫生事件能力。Prehospital emergency care is the first stage of emergency medical services system while dispatching is the prelude toprehospital emergency care. Therefore, dispatching must be improved in terms of information quality so that rescue efficiency and level canbe raised while at the same time the wear and tear of equipment and the energy of paramedics can be reduced. In this way, effective medicalresources can be reasonably utilized and the ability of prehospital emergency care and dealing with sudden public event can be enhanced.
