摘  要:航运企业的传统备件管理方式易造成一方面部分备件过剩,积压资金,甚至造成损坏报废;另一方面又有部分备件不足,影响船舶的正常营运,给企业带来经济损失.本文探索利用日渐兴起的3D打印技术,在相当程度上解决上述问题的可能性.利用3D打印技术的快速、高效、可现场制造的优势,在远洋船舶上一次性配置3D打印机及相应材料,将适合3D打印的备件进行远洋航行中现场制造,减少远洋备件管理,减轻航运企业备件管理资金积压,并可弥补部分备件不足,快速解决远洋船舶急需备件的问题.The traditional method of spare parts management in shipping enterprises causes excess or even damage and abandonment of part of spare parts; on the other hand, it causes shortage of part of spare parts, affecting the normal business operating and bringing losses of enterprises. This paper explores the possibility of resolving the aforementioned problem utilizing the gradually rising 3D printing technology. If the 3D printer is equipped on the oceangoing vessels together with the corresponding materials, by its advantage of celerity, efficiency and on-site manufacturing,the spare parts well-suited for manufacturing by 3D printing will be on-site manufactured during the ocean-going voyage. It will decrease the management of spare parts, alleviate the overstocked funds of spare parts management, cover the shortage of part of spare parts and solve the problem of urgent spare parts on the oceangoingvoyage.
