摘　　要：围绕航海特色学报的核心工作,探讨了学报建设的配置性问题,分析了航海学报配置性建设的重大关系,得出配置性建设是学报工作的牛鼻子的关键结论.在此基础上提出了若干对策思考,既要科学的规划、理性的谋划的牵住这个牛鼻子,还要严肃、严谨,又要灵活、机动的牵好这个牛鼻子.Based on the core work of Journal of nautical characteristics, the configuration problems of the construction of the journal are explored, the significant relationship between the configuration construction of maritime journals is analyzed and it is found that the configuration construction is the key of the journal work. On this basis, some countermeasures are put forward. To achieve this, scientific and rational planning is needed, together with being serious, careful and flexible.
