摘 要:长庆低渗透油田调剖井逐年上升,选井决策工作量不断增大。针对井下压降测试耗时长、测试仪器易损坏等问题,以低渗透油藏IPI调剖选井决策为基础,研制了调剖用井口压降测试仪。该仪器外径19 mm,长度430 mm,测压量程0~80 MPa,采样时间间隔1 s^18 h可调,可存储点数120万组,具有体积小、测试精度高以及数据自动存储等特点。仪器直接安装在注水井井口,关井后实现无人值守测试,与人工测试相比,其能显著降低劳动强度,提高测试精度。现场试验结果表明:低渗透油藏关井5~10 h可完成主要的井口压降测试,压降幅度0.7~1.4 MPa,压降速率为0.07~0.28 MPa/h。该井口压降测试仪的应用有效提升了调剖效果。As the profile control wells in low permeability reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield are increasing year by year, the workload for well selection also surges. Downhole pressure drop testing is time-consuming, and the test equipment may get damaged easily. To solve these problems, a wellhead pressure drop tester for profile control is developed based on IPI decisions for profile control well selection for low permeability reservoir. The instrument has an outer diameter of 19 mm, length 430 mm, pressure measuring range 0-80 MPa, adjustable sampling interval 1 s- 18 h,and 1. 2 million sets of storage points. And it is featured with small size, high precision, automatic storage of data, etc. The instrument is mounted directly on the wellhead of injection wells, and unattended testing can be conducted after well shut. Compared with manual testing, it can significantly reduce labor intensity and improve test accuracy. Field test shows that the main wellhead pressure drop is completed in the 5-10 h well-shut testing of low permeability reservoir, with the pressure drop magnitude of 0. 7-1. 4 MPa and the pressure drop rate of 0. 07 -0. 28 MPa/h. The application of wellhead pressure drop tester effectively enhances the effect of profile control.
