摘  要:针对套损水井分注率低、配套小直径分注管柱承压低以及无法进行高压分注的问题,研究开发了高压小直径分注工艺。该工艺通过提高配套工具承压等级和对管柱施加锚定来提高管柱可靠性,依据注水压力和隔层条件进行封隔器选型,配有安全接头便于管柱脱手打捞。该技术现场应用25井次,施工成功率100%,平均注水压力23 MPa,最高注水压力30 MPa,平均有效期290 d,最长有效期470 d,可有效解决轻微套损井高压分注问题。高压小直径分注工艺对于改善层间矛盾,提高开发效果具有重要的现实意义。In view ol those problems ol the casing damage well like low rate ol separate injection, low pressure bearing capacity ol its minor-diameter separate injection string, and being unable to carry out high-pressure separate injection, the high-pressure minor-diameter separate injection technology is thus developed. Reliability ol the string is enhanced by improving pressure bearing grade ol matching tools and applying anchor to the string. The packer is selected according to water injection pressure and conditions ol interlayer. Salety joints are equipped to facilitate lishing ol string without manual control. The technology has been applied to 25 wells with 100% operation success rate. It has the average water injection pressure of 23 MPa, with the maximum of 30 MPa, and the average validity period of 290 d , with the maximum of 470 d , which could ellectively resolve the problem ol high-pressure separate injection of wells with minor casing damage. The high-pressure minor-diameter separate injection technology is ol important practical signilicance to cushioning contradictions between layers and enhancing development ellect.
