油气水三相分离器的研究进展

摘　　要：油气水三相分离器广泛应用于石油石化行业,是油田生产过程中最常用的设备之一。在阐述油气水三相分离器前沿进展的基础上,对分离器3大重要的组成部分(入口预分离器、聚结构件和油水界面控制设备)的工作原理及研究进展进行了详细介绍。同时,指出目前的油气水三相分离器存在分离效率低、适应范围窄、设备体积大及依靠经验设计等问题,最后针对这些问题提出了分离器的研究重点和发展趋势。Oil- gas-water separator is widely used in petroleum and petrochemical industry, and is one of the most commonly used devices in oilfield production. On the basis of explanation of the newest progress of oil- gas- wa-ter separator, the paper details the working principle and research progress of its three major parts （ inlet pre- sepa-rator, coalescing structure and oil-water interface control） . At the same time, this paper points out existing prob-lems ol the oil- gas-water separator, including low separation efficiency, limited application range, large sizes, and dependence on experience design, and proposes research emphasis and development tendency of the separator.
