摘  要:以转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因水稻汕优63(以下简称Bt水稻)为实验材料,亲本汕优63(非Bt水稻)为对照,在田间自然条件下研究Bt水稻对稻田捕食性天敌青翅蚁形隐翅虫Paederus fuscipes Curtis和非靶标刺吸式害虫稻飞虱及叶蝉混合种群消长动态的影响.同时,进行青翅蚁形隐翅虫与稻飞虱和叶蝉混合种群的相关性分析,以期为Bt水稻的生态安全评价提供依据.结果表明,捕食性天敌青翅蚁形隐翅虫和非靶标害虫稻飞虱及叶蝉在Bt和非Bt稻田中种群动态基本一致,但Bt稻田青翅蚁形隐翅虫和稻飞虱及叶蝉数量显著高于非Bt稻田.青翅蚁形隐翅虫与稻飞虱相关性在两类型稻田中都不显著,而青翅蚁形隐翅虫与叶蝉相关性在两类型稻田中都达到极显著水平.In 2002,field studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of transgenic cry1 Ab / cry1 Ac rice on population dynamics of the dominant predator rove beetle Paederus fuscipes Curtis and two kinds of phloemsucking pests( planthopper and leafhopper). The results showed that the population densities of predator P. fuscipes Curtis and the two phloem-sucking pests planthopper and leafhopper were significant higher in Bt rice field than those in non-Bt rice field,respectively. In Bt and non-Bt rice fields,the relation between population densities of rove beetles and that of the pests planthoppers was not significantly correlated,whereas the relation between rove beetles and leafhoppers was significantly correlated. Our present results indicated that Bt rice had significantly positive effect on the predator rove beetles,whereas it had significantly detrimental effect on the phloem-sucking pests planthopper and leafhopper.
