三软煤层炮采放顶煤组合悬移支架研究与应用

摘　　要：三软不稳定煤层由于煤质松软,煤层赋存条件复杂,综放开采的推广使用一直受到很大的限制,通过试验应用组合悬移支架,并对该支护技术的使用情况和适应性进行了综合分析评价,认为这种支架稳定性好,安全系数高,适应性强,能够满足顶板控制需求,进一步提高了生产效率。结果表明,组合悬移支架在三软不稳定煤层条件下,取得了良好的技术经济效果,具有广泛的推广应用前景。The coal in Three Soft coal seam is soft,and the occurrence condition of coal seams is complex,all this have limited the wide application of fully-mechanized top coal caving.The combined cantilever supports have been applied in test,and the using situation and the adaptability of supporting technology were analysed and evaluated comprehensively.It was thought that,the advantages of the support include high stability,high safety factor,and high adaptability,able to meet the needs of roof control,improving production efficiency. Results show that,the application of combined cantilever support has achieved good technical and economic effects in Three Soft coal seam,and the supports has broad application prospects.
