通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取东方市人民医院内一科2012年8月—2015年8月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者115例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组57例和观察组58例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合通心络胶囊治疗;两组患者疗程均为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血清炎性因子〔C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)〕水平、血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原)、血脂指标〔低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)〕及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、LDL-C、TG、TC水平及全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、LDL-C、TG、TC水平及全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者微炎症状态,改善患者血液流变学和血脂代谢,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From August 2012 to August 2015,a total of 115 coronary heart disease patients complicated with angina pectoris were selected in the First Department of Internal Medicine,the People′ s Hospital of Dongfang,and they were divided into control group(n = 57)and observation group(n = 58)according to random number table. Based on conventional treatment,patients of control group received extra atorvastatin,while patients of observation group received tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin;both groups continuously treated for 4 weeks. Clinical effect, serum inflammatory cytokines levels(including CRP,TNF-α and IL-6),hemodynamic index(including whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen),blood lipids index(including LDL-C,TG and TC),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of serum level of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,LDL-C,TG,TC, whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity or fibrinogen was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),while serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,LDL-C,TG,TC,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred any severe adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin has certain clinical effect in treating angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease,can effectively relive the micro -inflammatory reaction,adjust the hemorheology and blood lipid metabolism,is safe and reliable.
