摘 要:为了进一步了解精梳机的特性、更好地发挥精梳机的工作效能,利用Matlab编程等计算机技术对落棉隔距与钳板机构运动性能的关系进行了研究.结果表明,落棉隔距增大,钳板的摆动动程增大,分离过程中的摆动速度增大,变牵伸值减少;落棉隔距增大,钳板的摆动加速度最大值增大,铅垂加速度最大值出现的时间提前,与锡林分梳开始定时的时间差加大;落棉隔距增大,钳板闭合瞬间的冲击力减少,对闭合角加速度的变化规律没有影响,但角加速度的极值减少.因此,在调整落棉隔距时,应结合实际生产的要求,合理设定落棉隔距.In order to further understand the combing characteristics, so as to raise the work efficiency of combers, this paper studies the relations between noil gauge and motion performance of nipper mechanism by Matlab programming. Research results indicate that with the increasing of noil gauge, swing traverse of nipper increases, swing speed increases in the process of separating, variable drafting value decreases; with the increasing of noil gauge, acceleration maximum of nipper swing increases, the time that acceleration in vertical direction reaches maximum advances, time difference to start timing of cylinder carding increases; with the increasing of noil gauge, the impact of nipper closure instant decreases, the changing rule of closed angular acceleration unchanged, but the extreme value of angle acceleration decreases; when noil gauge is adjusted, we should comprehensively consider the actual production requirement, and then set the value of noil gauge reasonably.
