针灸配合中药干预输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症sICAM-1蛋白表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸配合中药对输卵管阻塞炎性不孕症s ICAM-1蛋白表达的影响。方法:选取Wistar雌性大鼠68只,将其随机分成空白对照组、模型组、通孕方组、针灸组、通孕方加针灸组和头孢呋辛加甲硝唑组共6组,造模成功后连续治疗30天,然后采用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠输卵管s ICAM-1蛋白的表达。结果:与空白组比较,造模后各组大鼠s ICAM-1蛋白表达阳性细胞计数均增高,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),通孕方加针灸组s ICAM-1蛋白表达阳性细胞计数较其他对照组降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合中药治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症可抑制s ICAM-1蛋白的表达,促进炎症吸收与消散,为临床上针灸配合中药治疗输卵管阻塞炎性不孕症提供了实验理论依据。Objective：To observe effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine（CM） on soluble intercellular cell adhesion molecule（sICAM-1） protein expression of salpingemphraxis inflammatory infertility.Methods：Selected 68 cases of Wistar female rats and divided them into blank group,model group,Tongyun fang group,acupuncture group,Tongyun fang＋ acupuncture group,cefuroxime ＋ metronidazole group randomly,total 6 groups.Continues treat for 30 d after molding successfully,then detected sICAM-1 protein expression of rats＇ oviduct in every group by immunohistochemical method.Results：After molding,counting of sICAM-1 protein expression positive cell of rats in every molding group were increased obviously,counting of sICAM-1 protein expression positive cell in Tongyun fang＋ acupuncture group was lower than that in other groups,difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy combined with CM for salpingemphraxis inflammatory infertility can inhibit sICAM-1 protein expression,promote absorption and disappearance of inflammation.It provides experimental theory basis for acupuncture therapy combined with CM for salpingemphraxis inflammatory infertility clinically.
