摘  要:从电极性能指标、电极相关参数选择、电极操作和安全性等几个方面分别比较了石墨电极与自焙电极的优势和劣势。结合电极在大型钛渣电炉应用情况,从实际应用效果和生产成本对两者进行比较与分析。结果表明:采用石墨电极冶炼钛渣时较自焙电极吨渣电耗降低140k Wh,冶炼时间缩短了1h,电炉作业率提高3%,吨渣综合成本增加57.31元。The advantages and disadvantages of the graphite electrode and the self baking electrode were compared in terms of the performance index of the electrode, the selection of electrode parameters, the operation and safety of the electrode. Based on the application of electrode in large - scale titanium slag furnace, the comparison and analysis are made from the practical application effect and production cost. The result show that compared with self bak- ing electrode, using graphite electrode for smelting titanium slag, power consumption is reduced by 140kWh, smelting time is shorten by I h, electric op- eration rate is increased by 3%. tones of slag comprehensive cost is increased by 57.31 Yuan.
