摘  要:储能是构建智能电网和能源互联网的关键技术,是实现稳定电网运行、优化能量传输、利用清洁能源、改善电能质量等目标的重要手段。针对各种电力储能,应用时间尺度与多维度性能指标进行技术分析和比较,指出了相应的应用场景、技术要求和待改进内容等;同时,分析、综述了储能在电力系统中的相关应用和优化配置方法;最后,探讨了全球能源互联网对储能的需求和面临的挑战。文中的分析结果和结论对于储能应用具有非常积极的指导作用。Energy storage is a key technology to build up smart grids and energy internet,and the important means to achieve the stable operation of grid,the optimization of energy transfer,the application of clean energy and the improvement of power quality. For various electrical energy storage,this paper focuss on technical analysis and comparison research based on its application time scales and multi-dimensional performance indexes,then presents the corresponding application scenarios,technical requirements and contents to be improved. Meanwhile,this paper analyzes and reviews the related application and the optimal allocation methods of the energy storage in power system. Finally,this paper illustrates the energy storage demands and challenges under the background of the global energy internet. The analysis results and conclusions act as a very positive guidance for the energy storage application.
