参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者造血功能和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合多西紫杉醇、表阿霉素、环磷酰胺的化疗方案对乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者造血功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:将62例乳腺癌根治术后患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。2组患者均采用TAC方案化疗,对照组单用化疗,治疗组自化疗之日起加用参芪扶正注射液,在化疗完成3个周期后评估2组患者血常规及T细胞亚群变化情况。结果:化疗后治疗组T细胞亚群计数及血红蛋白含量明显高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合多西紫杉醇、表阿霉素、环磷酰胺的化疗方案可明显改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者的造血功能及免疫功能。Objective： To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with docetaxel, epirubicin and cyclophosphamide chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative chemotherapy patients with hematopoietic function and immune function of the radical operation of breast cancer. Methods： Randomly divided 62 cases of breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy for the treatment group of 31 cases and 30 cases in the control group. Evaluating the changes of two groups of patients blood and T cell subsets in the completed 3 cycles after chemotherapy. Results： the treatment group after chemotherapy T cell subsets count and hemoglobin level was significantly higher than the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel, epirubicin and cyclophosphamide chemotherapy can be improved significantly after breast cancer surgery chemotherapy in patients with hemopoietic and immune function.
