中药溃结方治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察溃结方治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:收集难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者32例,应用溃结方加减治疗,观察大便性状,腹泻次数,腹痛程度及持续时间,是否伴随里急后重等临床症状,并按照轻、中、重进行评分,观察治疗1、2、4、8周评分变化。结果:应用溃结方治疗难治性UC,可减轻或缓解临床症状。多数患者起效时间在1周以后,2周后发挥最佳治疗效果,1周(40.63%)与2周(84.38%)的治疗有效率具有显著差异。经过4周(90.63%)和8周(93.75%)的治疗,虽然部分症状可得到减轻或缓解,但有效率与2周相比没有明显差异。结论:溃结方治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,中西医药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎可能存在互补性,值得深入探索研究。Objective： To investigate the effect of Kuijie decoction in the treatment of refractory ulcerative colitis. Methods： A total 32 patients with refractory ulcerative colitis were enrolled into this study, receiving the treatment of Kuijie decoction. The shape of the excrement, the frequency of diarrhea, the level of the abdominal pain and the complication of tenesmus were observed in order to divide these symptoms into three degree： mild, moderate and severe. At the end of 1-week, 2-week, 4-week, and 8-week, the grade of these symptoms were re-evaluated. Results： The complications were relieved after the treatment of Kuijie decoction. Most of these patients have response of the treatment after 1 week, and reach the best treatment efficiency after 2 weeks, the total treatment efficiency of 1-week and 2-week were significantly different（ 40.63% vs 83.38, respectively（P〈0.01）. After the treatment of 4-week and 8-week（40.63%, 84.38%, respectively）, some of the clinical symptoms were relieved, however, no better treatment efficiency was observed compared with the treatment of 2-week（84.38, P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Kuijie decoction has the efficiency in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. The integration of traditional and western medicine may have complementary with each other, further study are needed.
