火龙灸治疗慢性虚寒性咳嗽临床护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火龙灸治疗慢性虚寒性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将60慢性虚寒性咳嗽患者随机分成2组,对照组30例采用自拟温肺止咳方加减治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上采用火龙灸加温阳中药治疗。10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:火龙灸结合中药治疗慢性虚寒性咳嗽临床疗效显著,能明显缓解患者临床症状。To observe the clinical curative effect of the fire dragon moxibustion in treatment of chronic cold cough. Methods：60 patients with chronic cough cold sex were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group 30 cases of lung cough side effects for using the proposed temperature; Based on observation group in the control group uses the dragon moxibustion and the warming Yang Chinese medicine treatment; Comparing the patient＇s clinical curative effect of two groups after 2 period of treatment;Efficient results：observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the fire dragon moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in treatment of chronic cold cough clinical curative effect is distinct,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms.
