摘  要:以末端含有16个羟基的大分子为引发剂,引发己内酯开环聚物制备了3种具有不同分子量的两亲性树枝状聚酯多元醇,并将其分散于水中作为羟基组分,以水性六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为固化剂制备了3种涂膜。通过13CNMR、GPC、DLS和AFM对树枝状聚酯的结构及其水性分散液进行了表征。结果表明,聚合物结构符合理论设计,其在水中以微球形式聚集。涂膜测试结果显示,聚酯多元醇的分子量对其性能具有显著影响。Three amphipathic dendritic tri-block polyester polyol with different molecule weights were synthesized via ring-opening polymerization of 8-caprolactone (CL) initiated by a dendritic macro-molecule initiator containing 16 hydroxyl groups. Those tri-block copolymers were dispersed in water as the hydroxyl component, and three coatings were prepared by curing the hydroxyl component and water-based hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). ^13CNMR, GPC, DLS and AFM were used to confirm the structure of dendritic polyester and the property of its waterborne emulsion. The results shown that copolymer structure was identical with theoretical design,and all copolymers gathered in water in the form of microspheres. In addition, coating test results indicated that the influence of tri-block copolymer molecule weights was significant on the performance.
