区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚耦合研究

摘　　要：区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚的耦合互动能够加快海洋新兴产业集聚成长和区域知识承载力提升。文章通过对区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚的耦合性分析,构建了区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚耦合发展评价指标体系和评价模型,运用中国沿海11省市的统计数据进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明:区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚耦合发展水平越高,该区域的知识承载力水平和海洋新兴产业集聚发展水平越高;中国沿海11省市的区域知识承载力与海洋新兴产业集聚耦合发展水平差异较大,广东、山东和上海处于较高水平的协同耦合发展阶段,天津、江苏、浙江、辽宁和福建处于中等水平的协调耦合发展阶段,河北、广西和海南处于低水平耦合发展阶段。The coupling and interaction between regional knowledge carrying capacity and marine emerging industry agglomer-ation are conducive to both elements. This paper endeavors to construct the evaluation index system and model of the couplingbetween regional knowledge carrying capacity and marine emerging industry agglomeration. An empirical study is conductedwith reference to the statistical data from 11 Chinese coastal provinces. The study indicates：A better coupling between region-al knowledge carrying capacity and marine emerging industry agglomeration corresponds to a better development of the two ele-ments;The coupling between regional knowledge carrying capacity and marine emerging industry agglomeration in the 11 Chi-nese coastal provinces varies greatly,with Guangdong,Shandong,and Shanghai at the top,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Liaoningand Fujian in the middle,while Hebei,Guangxi and Hainan at the bottom.
