摘　　要：采用改进的偏离份额分析方法,辨识北京都市区各区县2004—2008年、2008—2012年产业结构演变方向;总结北京都市区各地域单元产业结构演进空间分异的规律及特征,并进一步探讨其形成机制。研究表明:北京都市区产业结构演进在空间上呈现出显著的中心—外围格局;不同圈层表现出明显的梯度特征;不同区县产业演进表现出明显的空间分异,由中心向外围,各区县主导产业的服务性和产业级别逐渐降低。都市区内部产业结构演进的空间分异是多因素综合作用的结果,全球化和技术进步等是外部推动力量;政策因素发挥着引导和管制双重作用;都市区内部土地价格梯度及产业集聚与扩散是不同地域单元产业结构演进分异的内在动因;地方产业基础通过路径依赖效应作用产业结构演进,地方资源禀赋和区位条件在外生机制作用下影响都市区产业结构演进的方向。The dramatic changes in the industrial structure is one of the most significant changes in the process of economic development in metropolitan areas. Based on industry category level, we use the extended shift share analysis to identify industrial structure evolution direction of Beijing metropolitan area in the period of 2004-2008 and 2008-2012. And then we analysis the industry structure evolvement rules and characteristics among various spheres of the geographical unit of Beijing metropolitan area and explores the formation mechanism. Research shows that： the industrial evolution direction of Beijing metropolitan area showing a significant core-periphery pattern and circle gradients. The industry level decreased gradually from the center to the periphery. The industrial structure of the central region is constantly evolving to the high level productive service industry and the high grade public service industry. The main direction of the industrial structure evolution of the suburban area is commercial and service industries. The dominant direction of the evolution of industrial structure in plain area of the outer suburbs for industrial and consumer services. The main direction of the evolution of the outer mountain industrial structure is the industrial, public services, consumer services. The spatial differentiation of urban industrial structure evolution is the result of multiple factors, globalization and technological progress is the external driving force; policy factors play a dual role in the guidance and regulation; the internal land price gradient and industrial agglomeration and diffusion are different in different regions.
