基于空气质量指数AQI的污染集聚空间异质性分析

摘　　要：基于空气质量指数(AQI),检验了经济集聚与污染集聚之间存在的是强的正线性关系,并且验证了经济集聚、工业化加速、信息化加快都会使污染集聚加速;而科技创新投入和FDI增加则会化解污染集聚的形成。增加工业化与信息化协调融合变量的时空地理加权模型(GTWR)的估计结果表明,工业化与信息化协调融合可显著地降低污染的集聚,协调融合度越高,越能化解污染集聚的形成。在对策举措方面,北方地区省市污染集聚现象严重,可通过信息化加速发展提升工业化发展质量,促使重工业转型与升级,以缓解污染集聚形成;中、西部地区需进一步加大科技创新投入,严格控制污染集聚形成。The China＇ s 13th plan of five-year national development is the important period which our country accelerate the integration of industrialization and information, and realize the coordinating development of economy and environment. In this period, how to prevent and solve pollution concentration in the process of industrialization and informationization development, such as fog formation is worthy of attention problems. The paper has examined that the economy agglomeration and the pollution agglomeration have strongly positive linear relationship, and verify the agglomeration economy, industrialization acceleration, speeding up the informationization bring pollution concentration; while science and technology innovation investment and FD! increase will dissolve the formation of the pollution concentration. The geographically and temporally weighted regression adding the variable of merging industrialization and informationization together shows that merging industrialization and informationization together can decrease the pollution agglomeration, it means that the higher degree of merging the lower degree of the pollution agglomeration. In strategies and policies, because of pollution agglomeration in northern provinces and cities relatively serious, the development of informatization can be accelerate to improve the quality of industrialization, to prompt heavy industries transformation and upgrade, to alleviate pollution agglomeration; middle and western regions can further increase investment in science and technology innovation to control pollution agglomeration strictly.
