摘　　要：论述了研究跨流域调水工程建设资本金筹措问题的必要性,并以陕西省引汉济渭工程为例,结合引汉济渭工程的融资环境,对该工程资本金来源与结构以及各资金的筹措措施进行了分析,从而促进跨流域调水工程建设的发展。The paper indicates the necessity for the financial problems for the inter-basin water transfer-engineering construction capital,and analyzes the capital resources and their financial measures by combining with the financial environment for the Hanjiang-to-Wei River water transfer project by taking the project in Shannxi as the example,so as to enhance the development for the construction of the inter-basin water transfer projects.
