世界艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排特征的研究——基于第34届世界艺术体操锦标赛

摘　　要：依据本周期艺术体操评分结构的变化特点,对世界艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排特征进行详实剖析,提出适应于我国艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排的发展思路。采用文献资料、数理统计、录像分析、对比分析等研究方法,以第34届世锦赛中获得个人全能前3名及我国的3名参赛选手为研究对象,针对6名优秀选手4项器械共计24套成套动作编排细节进行研究。结果表明:技术"个性化"、艺术"情感化"是当今艺术体操个人成套编排发展的主旋律;身体难度的个性化选编、器械动作的巧妙多样选择、独特的个人风格魅力、稳定的发挥是世界艺术体操个人成套编排的主流趋势;身体难度选编展现运动员技术特点,丰富器械技术运用形式提高成套动作观赏价值,明确成套动作主题风格,展现个人色彩,狠抓完成质量,保证最终成绩的获得是我国艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排的发展路径。According to the periodic changes the structure of points of the Rhythmic Gymnastics,analysis characteristics in world Rhythmic Gymnastics individual composition of component,Proposed to adapt to Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics individual events composition of component in the development of ideas. Using literature reviews. mathematical statistics,video analysis,comparative analysis of research methods,In the 34 th World Championships in Individual all-around top 3 and 3athletes in our country as the research object,In the light of a total of 24 sets of four sets characteristics of the composition of component of movements devices for six outstanding athletes,Find out the predicament the composition of component of individual event of Rhythmic Gymnastics in our country,the development thought of the composition of component of Rhythmic Gymnastics individual events in our country. Results show that： Technical in＂artistic＂artistic in＂emotional＂,is the main theme of the development of composition of component of individual event of Rhythmic Gymnastics; The main trend of the world composition of component of Rhythmic Gymnastics individual events is variety of customization the body difficulty,variety component the Apparatus action,specific style and personal charm and played an ability; Choose body difficulty the show Athletes technical features,abundant use of the form the apparatus,improve ornamental value,clearly themed in sets,show a personal touch,pay close attention to completed the quality,ensure that the final results obtained,the development path of component in Rhythmic Gymnastics individual event.
