手足口病患儿血清去甲肾上腺素水平测定及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病患儿血清去甲肾上腺素水平的变化及意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心法测定197例手足口病患儿(其中普通型99例,重症型98例)和115例健康儿童(对照组)的血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)的水平,并分析其与血糖和白细胞计数等指标的相关性。结果:普通型手足口病患儿血清NE水平与对照组无明显差异,重症手足口病的血清NE水平显著高于普通感染组(P<0.05)。重症感染组的血糖和白细胞水平均显著高于普通感染组(P<0.05)。结论:重症感染手足口病患儿血清去甲肾上腺素水平显著增加,可作为重症病例的早期识别指标。Objective：To investigate the levels and clinical significance of serum nor epinephrine in children with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods：Serum Nor epinephrine were measured by double antibody sandwich method in 197 children with HFMD（99cases of normal,98 cases of severe infection）and 115 healthy children.The relationship between serum Norepinephrine and blood glucose and white blood cells（WBC）were analyzed respectively.Results：There was no significant difference of serum nor epinephrine level between children with HFMD and healthy children.serum nor epinephrine,blood glucose and WBC in severe infection cases were significantly higher than normal cases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The levels serum nor epinephrine are significant increased in children with severe HFMD infection,nor epinephrine is a good indicators of the early diagnosis in severe infection children.
