摘 要:磁路互补型模块化磁通切换永磁直线电机(简称MLFSPM电机)的永磁体和电枢绕组都置于初级短动子,而次级长定子仅由导磁铁心组成,定位力小,应用在长定子场合可大大降低成本。基于MLFSPM电机d-q轴数学模型,建立了MLFSPM电机基于模型参考自适应法(MRAS)的无位置传感器控制系统,分析了该无位置传感器控制系统的速度估算误差,证明了系统的可行性。同时,分别对该系统在速度突变、低速运行、负载突变以及带载工况下的动静态性能进行了仿真与实验研究,结果表明该系统速度波动小,速度估算准确,电机运行平稳,系统鲁棒性好,具有良好的动静态特性。In modular linear flux-switching permanent magnet machines ( MLFSPM) with complementary magnetic circuits, both the magnets and armature windings are placed in the short primary mover, while the long secondary stator is only made of iron, which is suitable for long stator applications to lower the cost notably. Based on the precise d-q axis math model of the MLFSPM, a sensorless control system for the MLFSPM based on the model reference adaptive system (MRAS) math model is proposed firstly. The speed estimation error is analyzed and the feasibility of the system is proved. At the same time, the dynamic and static performances of the system are simulated and studied under the circumstances of speed mutation, low speed operation, load mutation, and load Both simulation and experiments on a prototype machine verify that the proposed system has low speed fluctuation, good robustness, smooth operation, accurate speed estimation and possess good steady state and dynamic performance.
