青岛蓝色硅谷文化及多维建构路径研究

摘　　要：加强蓝色文化建设是青岛实施蓝色硅谷战略的应然内容。蓝色硅谷文化与特定区域、传统海洋文化、海洋科技产业、和谐生态观念等密切相关。建构蓝色硅谷文化应从历时、共时、现时三个维度出发,在重视继承传统和借鉴国际先进建设经验的同时,强调契合蓝色硅谷建设的现实需求。Strengthening the construction of blue culture is the necessary content of implementing the strategy of blue Silicon Valley in Qingdao. Blue Silicon Valley culture is closely related to the spe-cific area, traditional marine culture, marine science and technology industry, and harmonious ecolog-ical notion. The construction of blue Silicon Valley culture should start from the diachronic, syn-chronic and current dimensions. While attaching importance to the traditional inheritance and drawing lessons from the experience of the international advanced construction, the realistic demand of the construction of the blue Silicon Valley is emphasized.
