摘 要:为了解决由固定进给率导致的加工效率和产品质量之间的矛盾,提出针对普通旋压多道次特征的道次间变进给率旋压(VFS)方法.通过建立有限元分析(FEA)模型分析调整道次进给率对应力、应变和旋压力的影响.通过加工实验对VFS的实际效果进行验证.结果表明:通过调整道次间的进给率,加工效率提高了14.3%;在保持加工效率不变的情况下,起皱度减少了95%.根据各道次的加工特性,终道次减速能有效抑制起皱,提高产品表面质量;而首道次减速能降低旋压力径向和切向分力.Varying feed ratio spinning (VFS) was proposed to solve the contradition between processing ef-ficiency and product quality caused by fixed feed ratio. Finite element analysis (FEA) models were devel-oped to analyze the effect of adjusting feed ratio between passes on stress, strain and spinning force. The actual effect of VFS were verified by the processing experiments. Results show that the spinning productiv-ity increases by 14. 3 % , and the wrinkle severity degree decreases by 95 % in the condition of the same pro-ductivity. According to the processing characteristic of each pass, the deceleration of final pass is helpful for wrinkling prevention and surface quality improvement; the deceleration of first pass contributes to de-crease of the radial and tangential components of spinning force.
