摘 要:针对传统混合型换流策略中存在的换流失败问题,提出基于电压临界区域的多步换流策略.该方法以电流型换流策略为主,在电流过零点区域采用电压型换流策略.针对电压临界区间内输入电压接近的两相间的换流,通过第三相的续流,采用六步操作来实现安全换流.结合矩阵变换器的空间矢量调制策略,实现整个区域内的纯四步换流,并据此研制出一台矩阵变换器原理样机.实验结果表明,该方法不需要精确的测量电路即可实现安全、可靠换流,可在大功率矩阵变换器中得到进一步的推广和应用.The voltage critical interval-based multi-step commutation strategy was proposed aiming at the failure in traditional hybrid commutation. The method primarily adopted current-based commutation strat-egy. When the current was closed to zero, a replacement of voltage-based strategy was chosen. By contin-uing current through the third phase, this method realized the safety commutation between the phases of similar voltages in critical intervals in six-step operation. While combined with the space-vector modulation strategy, a pure four-step commutation was achieved in all regions. Then a prototype was established, the experimental results verify that the proposed commutation strategy works well without the precise detect of con-trol signals, and this scheme can find further promotion and application in high-power matrix converter.
