2型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者IL-6、IL-18水平变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾脏疾病（T2DM-DKD）患者白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-18（IL-18）水平变化及其临床意义。方法 选择2013年1月至2015年12月确诊的T2DM 60例,T2DM-DKDⅢ-Ⅳ期的患者120例,以及同期健康体检人群60例,检测各组IL-6、IL-18水平。结果 健康对照组、T2DM组、T2DM-DKD组的IL-6、IL-18比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,IL-6、IL-18均呈逐渐升高趋势（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论 T2DM-DKD患者的IL-6、IL-18水平升高,IL-6、IL-18可能参与了DKD的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and interleukin-18 （IL-18） levels in patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease（T2DM-DKD） and its clinical significance.Methods From Januaiy,2013 to December, 2015,60 cases of patients with T2DM, 120 patients with T2DM-DKD staged HI ？IV, and 60 cases of physical examination people in the same period were selected.And the levels of IL-6 and IL-18 in each group were detected. Results Differences of the IL-6 and IL-18 levels of the healthy control group,the T2DM group,and the T2DM-DKD group were statistically signifi- cant（P〈0.01） ,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-18 gradually increased（ P〈0.05 or 0.01） .Conclusion The levels of IL-6 and IL-18 of T2DM-DKD patients increase,which may involve in the occun＇ence and development of DKD.
